Customers may browse freely. To place orders, users must sign in using their phone number. We do not collect other personal information unless necessary for delivery (name, address). Age-restricted items are hidden from public view and may require verification.

4. Pricing and Payments

• Customers pay by cash on delivery — no platform fee is charged to them.
• Stores are charged a subscription and a per-order service fee.
• We provide payment gateway services to stores only.

5. Refund Policy

Defective items may be refunded within 24 hours of delivery. Stores may offer longer return periods at their discretion.

6. User-Generated Content

Stores are solely responsible for their listings. Jbori Inc. is not liable for intellectual property violations. We reserve rights to use uploaded content for promotional purposes and moderate content if it is adult or harmful in nature. Report violations via [email protected].

• We collect phone number, name, and address for service and delivery purposes only.

8. Acceptable Use
